Recommended Brewing instructions:
Espresso: 2/1 ratio or my preferred is 18g finely ground coffee and 36g espresso out.
Drip: 16/1 ratio or my go to recipe, 20g medium grind, 60g bloom for 30 seconds, the dole out the remaining 260g over 2.5 minutes for a total of 320g of brewed coffee.
